FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I get started?

It's as easy as selecting the date and time available that works for you under the book now section. Connecting with a tutor online would require a zoom account, a webcam, and a microphone.

What are the tutors credentials?

As part of our community initiative, we are proud to offer FREE math tutoring to high school and primary school children exclusively by university students that have seen success in that area. This serves as a volunteer opportunity for high achieving university students, as well as allows for better relatability between both student and tutor.

As a guardian, how can I assure my son/daughter is safe in the hands of tutors?

All in-person tutoring sessions are held in a public area at King's University College. Police background checks are provided for all tutors upon request. Parents are encouraged to book a brief 'get to know me' session with the tutor at hand for a personal assurance of professionalism and safety.
